This home is all about luxury and location! 5 bedroom 4 bath lakefront home with beach. Three blocks to downtown McCall and the beach right out your back door. You will not find another home on the rental market quite like this one. The upper level has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has a king bed its own bath and fireplace with windows overlooking Payette Lake. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open up to the lake so you have beautiful views anywhere in the home. Downstairs you will find a pool table and second living area with satellite television. There are three bedrooms and two full baths downstairs too. The first downstairs bedroom has a king and twin bed. The second downstairs bedroom has 3 single beds and the last bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds and 2 singles. Home also has a nice big backyard with manicured lawn and landscape. Deck off the upstairs offer stunning views of Payette Lake. You have to see it to believe it! NO DOGS AND NO SMOKING! IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF EITHER SMOKING OR A PET INSIDE THE PROPERTY, A MINIMUM $1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD!

    This house is very nice. The back yard is perfect for fun and games. House is spacious and very well designed. If we were able to use one of the slips at the house it would have been absolutely perfect. Rental company was accommodating by letting us dock

    This house is great!!! It's within walking distance to downtown McCall. There is plenty of patio furniture for large groups. Unfortunately there wasn't a BBQ grill but we were aware of this in advance & took our own. There were 16 in our group and it would have been really helpfully to have the additional frig in the garage pulled in and working. Otherwise no complaints.

    This home was an outstanding rental for our extended family. It is spacious, the beach and lake front are great. My only complaint is that in the description, the no pets policy was not explicitly clear that even visiting pets were not allowed on the property whatsoever - with a large monetary penalty and threat of being asked to leave.

    Loved the place. One thing that made the trip difficult was that I was told there was a bbq grill and when we showed up there was not one present.

    This is a very beautiful home with a wonderful view of the lake. It was clean and comfortable. However, the owner showed up a few times during the week. We were gone the first time, but are pretty sure he came in the house while we were gone. We were very diligent about locking all the doors before we left and when we returned his boat trailer was in the driveway and the front door was unlocked. The second time he had his truck in the driveway and was working in the yard with his son. He told us that he had gone in the house that time also. It was very strange and we would not want to rent from him again.

    This home is stunningly beautiful. It is comfortable, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The location overlooking the lake with the wonderful decks and beach all make for a perfect stay. Really just a fantastic house.
