Our family has been spending 10 days or so in the summer and the first weekend of winter carnival in McCall since my 28 year old grandson was just a toddler, and have stayed in one of the Mill Park units since he was in first grade. We have always rented rather than owning a place and have always made our reservations a year in advance. (I don't believe we have ever had to cancel.) If 1309 Greystone was in the location that Mill Park is (being right on the lake and having access to the dock, etc.)we would switch to this one for sure. It is furnished very nicely and we liked having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths because we vary from 6 or 8 to 10 or 12 people on any given day (some come and go.....especially in the summer.) We appreciate all the nicer things this unit offers because it's more the way we are used to living. The heaters on the lower level did a great job and I know the ceiling fans would be great in the summer. We do wish the fireplace was woodburning but that's not critical. It's nice being close enough to walk to town. The laundry room is a nice convenience to have available too. We really enjoyed our weekend there.
