My family rented three Greystone units for a reunion celebrating my mother's 85th birthday. Overall, we had a fabulous time. My mother and sister's family stayed in Units 1337 and 1309, which were both beautifully appointed, very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, my immediate family stayed in Unit 1321 which had stained and dirty carpets, one bed that should be thrown in the trash and a kitchen that was barely equipped to cook breakfast. The exterior lights and garage lights were not working, which resulted in a fall by my 85-year-old mother in the dark suffering a broken foot and 4" gash in the other leg. Needless to say, not a good ending to a wonderful reunion. The owner's of that property need to take immediate action to improve the less-than-acceptable condition of the unit, or they will be facing a lawsuit down the road by someone less forgiving than my mother.
